Women's Conference

Tradition has it we attend the women's conference and then head for a treat or dinner. Tonight Malia wanted steak so Texas Road House it is. It was a memorable evening just talking with these three gorgeous girls about anything and everything. I loved that Teesh came down and joined us.
Steak, Baked Potato and water, what more could a girl want. Hope it hit the spot little Mafria

2nd and 3rd Spring Break

Malia wanted to help Bria ride a "two-wheeler" during Spring Break. Rain, Snow Shine did not keep these determined girls from trying. First Malia held on to the seat of the bike and helped Bria get comfortable, then she would give her a push from our drive way and Bria would ride on the grass to soften her fall. After a few short attempts Bria mastered the bike. It was a proud moment for us.

We spent some of our time indoors doing crossword puzzles and eating lots and lots of food.

Corby promised Bria if she learned how to ride a "two-wheeler" he would buy her cotton candy but once at the store these other items won out. Regardless the reward, let's celebrate a goal accomplished.
Ada got a treat to for being in our family.
One day during preschool where I had a few hours to spend one on one with my Malia we went to get pedicures. It was so fun to spend time with this growing girl. She has such a great sense of humor and is so easy to talk to.

While we were being pampered, a poor guy came in needing some help. I just had to take a picture of his leg. I don't know exactly what is wrong but that discoloration can not be good.
The girls were out jumping before church and it began hailing on them. Love living in a state where literally in a three hour window we experienced all four seasons. The didn't seem to mind as they kept on jumping. Poor Ada's legs it had to be cold.

Go Green Go

I am not a mom that goes over board at all for holidays, but I do have a few tricks up my sleeve and turning things green is one of them. Ada isn't super excited to chow down on my green creations but the rest of the clan seems to enjoy it! Breeta poured her own syrup. I think there is enough there for a small country.
Bria was afraid she would get pinched so we took care of her green in a sneaky kind of fashion, did you catch it?
Malia chugging her green milk and grabbing a waffle on the go!
Miss Independent, cutting her own waffle. She insists on doing everything herself including dressing. Good thing her shirt was green.

 Happy St. Patricks Day !
Ada was throwing a fit, so she isn't in our family fun. We miss Teesh when she is not with us. I made pasta with pesto and added green lemon juice  with pine nuts. Such a yummy dinner with not much prep work at all.

Trafalga

When we purchased our pass of all passes last year, they came with $20 worth of tokens to use at the arcade in Lehi. I purchased 7 passes, you do the math, that's a lot of tokens to use. Teesh and Malia took the girls down for some fun.
 Ada perfecting her dance skills....

 Ada enjoying the Hopper....

Ada and Bria found a game that cranked out the tickets. By the end they had accumulated almost 1,200  tickets. Love that all three girls came home with prices.

High quality family right there. Thanks Teesh and Malia for making memories.

Royalty and Romance

Corby and I purchased a 3-day seminar titled Royalty and Romance.
It was held in Midway. We did not think we could stay up there due to kids and schedules but last minute Teesh had the week off for her Spring Break. What a blessing to be able to find a hotel last minute and get the most out of the event.
To say this was a life changing event would be an understatement. I loved every minute of every day. I love learning how to control my mind and that I am 100% in charge of my life. My life is my choice. I love learning better ways to have a relationship with my Heavenly Father and his Son.
There were so many wonderful people we got to meet and so much needed information. I can't even go into detail as to what I learned  but I will say, things in my life will never be the same. We signed up for his Kirk Duncan's Group mentoring class. It is a 10 class seminar with only 20 couples involved. It will be high intensity and Corby and I are going to great levels.
I am holding  $10k and Corby has $20k with a sword. So much fun!
Please don't think because of this photo money is everything to us because it plain and simply isn't. Money is a vehicle to my goals, dreams and aspirations. More later on the topic

Kindergarten Prep

Over Spring Break, I thought it would be a great time to get those pesky kindergarten shots out of the way. I prepped Ada Rae for days telling her she was getting some shots and it would hurt, but only a little bit. She took it like a champ. The nurse congratulated me and said that preparing your child for what was ahead was much better than keeping it a secret until last minute. My arm hurts a little but I am getting over it, hurting because of patting myself on the back, ha ha!

She is really old enough to be doing this? Didn't I just give birth a few hours ago? Someone s-l-o-w down time!
There's the brave girl displaying her two colorful band aids and stylish glasses she received!
Per traditions, we headed to get an ice cream cone for the bravery....is this really my last go around of this action?
Could you be any sweeter little Ada Rae, you melt my heart.

 Kindergarten requires an eye exam
 Guess who passed!

Bria & Ada Ballet

I have felt bad that I haven't put the girls in any organized activities other than preschool but today is a new day. I found a 6 week course on ballet. After gathering the leotard, ballet slippers, and tights we are ready for our next new adventure.
Little Miss Attitude!

Stretching
all kinds of stretching
I see natural talent
this is the first and last class for little miss disobedient in the polka dot pj shirt. She just couldn't listen so the teacher escorted her out. Made the mommy cry but she was a huge distraction.

Bria's class follows Ada's. Now it is Bria's turn to participate while Ada watches

Bria demonstrating in front of the entire class, good job sweetie

proper ballet sitting position

Can't wait to see these two progress and have the time of their lives.
